紫川ラーメン (Murasakikawa Ramen)

It's a stable taste. A slightly sweet Banshu ramen. Apparently you can specify the hardness of the noodles and the thickness of the soup, but I went with normal and it was delicious. I went there just after 11am on a Sunday, and there was already a waiting list. But the rotation was good, and it started spinning right away. It's a flavor that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages.

I went there because it was recommended to me by a senior colleague at the company. It was from Mita, so it took less than an hour each way. The day I went, it was after 4pm on a weekday, so there were only two customers in front of me! After the child of the senior who recommended it to me said after he finished eating the ramen, he loved it so much that he wanted to take the soup home ^_^ How much~ When you said that...I came. It was my first time having Banshu ramen, but as I had heard, it was a sweet Chinese soba and I felt that children would like it. Adults like it too! Since it's a popular restaurant, I thought it would be pretty crowded if I went at lunchtime, so I went there around 3pm, but there was still a line. It seems that about 30 cars can be parked in the second parking lot in the back, on the side, and in front, but there were a few people trying to park at the end of the side at first sight, but it was almost like blocking the front exit, so please think carefully before parking. By the way, there were about 6 groups waiting before us, but the menu is small and the food comes out quickly, so I don't think you'll have to wait that long (this is my personal impression). There were about 8 seats at the counter, 3 tables for 2 people, and 3 tables for 4 people. By the way, I think there were two menus posted on the wall. Please understand that this time we were both sitting next to each other and staring at the wall, so we couldn't really look around the store. This time I ordered ramen for ¥730, rice for ¥150, and beer for ¥500 (the price seems to have increased recently). It's sweeter than I expected, but it's not too sweet or spicy, which is good.It goes well with the pepper, and I can see why some people can go for two bowls of this.To enjoy it better, I bought some ramen as a souvenir.I bought it right away.
